Talk therapy is appropriate to address depression, anxiety, life transitions such as divorce or parenthood, and can be a useful part of trauma treatment.
I draw largely on Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy, helping you develop daily practices that encourage a sense of peace. By first recognizing our stories, and learning to be less reactive to our thinking, we can find deep calm and ease in our lives regardless
of the ever-changing
circumstances.
